Randolph County Animal Shelter
Who We Are RCAS is a county funded program that accepts strays and unwanted animals. We acquire our animals by walk in owner surrender and area pick ups. Most animals in our facility are readily adoptable with a good variety of dogs and cats from which to choose.
If You Have a Lost Pet, please call the shelter, not every dog in the shelter is listed on the site.
Animal Adoption fee: $15.00, Cash Only. * pets that have visited the spay/neuter clinic while staying with us have an adoption fee of $57
